TORONTO, March 16 (Xinhua) -- All-Star forward Pascal Siakam scored 25 points and grabbed 14 rebounds to lead the Toronto Raptors to a 128-111 victory over the Oklahoma City Thunder in Thursday's NBA action.
Siakam was helped by a quintet of teammates who each recorded at least 16 points.
Guards Gary Trent Jr. and Fred VanVleet combined for seven 3-pointers. Trent Jr. came off the bench with 23 points, while VanVleet poured in 19 points and snatched four steals.
Forwards Scottie Barnes and O.G. Anunoby continued their recent strong play with 19 and 17 points respectively.
Center Jakob Poeltl posted his third straight double-double with 16 points and 12 rebounds.
"I thought everybody had their moment tonight, those six guys all produced and shot a pretty good percentage, had a good number of assists, low turnovers," said Raptors head coach Nick Nurse following the win. "We're playing offense the right way."
The six Raptors players combined for 119 of the team's 128 total points, and grabbed 48 of the team's season-high 59 rebounds.
The Raptors improve to 34-36 and remain as the No. 9 seed with 12 games remaining on the season, trailing the eighth-placed Atlanta Hawks by 0.5 games and No. 7 Miami Heat by 3.5 games.
The Raptors also improved to 22-13 at home where they have won six in a row, their longest since February 2020 when the team won seven straight at the Scotiabank Arena.
